We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Central London. This role is responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring essential supplies and company materials are maintained and providing administrative support across the business.

 

The successful candidate will also assist our Customer Service team, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident interacting with colleagues, customers and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of our Central London office
  • Ensure supplies, stationery, literature and essential materials are fully stocked and readily available
  • Ordering office equipment and supplies whilst monitoring stock levels
  • Building positive relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and support
  • Maintaining an organized, professional and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team to help deliver excellent customer service experience
  • Assisting with customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
  • Managing and maintaining accurate staff holiday and absence records ensuring information is kept up to date and confidential
  • Coordinating meetings, internal communications, company information and other business administration activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve office processes, organization and efficiency while supporting the wider business as needed

 

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills
  • Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with a range of people
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems
  • Accurate and detail-focused when handling information and records
  • A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues across the business
  • Professional and discreet when dealing with confidential information

 

Previous experience in office administration, customer service or a similar support role would be beneficial, but most importantly we're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
