We’re working on changing an industry here at First Bus, and as we transit our fleet to fully electric by 2035, our engineers are leading the mechanical and technical changes we’ll need for success.
That means we have some pretty amazing opportunities at all levels and in all bus and HGV maintenance and repair areas. It’s a really interesting and challenging time, and as a team, we’re on track to deliver our Zero Emission fleet with a number of our depots now fully electric, including the UKs biggest electric charging hub.
It’s a big investment and that isn’t just in buses and in new technology. We’re investing in our people too, supporting our Engineering teams and developing our capabilities across the board.
