Qualified Bus Driver (PCV licence holders)
If you already have a PCV licence, we can offer you a rewarding career. Working in diverse, friendly and supportive teams, you’ll take ownership of your bus and work on your own initiative, looking after passenger safety and providing a great customer experience. You’ll be responsible for our customers getting to where they want to be safely and on time.
We’ll help and support you with:

• Getting to know our buses, routes and ticketing systems
• Safety training so you can keep you, your passengers, and your colleagues safe
• All the training and support you need to reach your full potential
Trainee Bus Driver
If you’ve held a full UK driving licence for at least 6 months (with a maximum of 6 penalty points), we’ll give you all the training and support you’ll need to become a qualified bus driver.
Your training will be fully paid, and we’ll support you every step of the way to become a qualified PCV licence holder. Our training schools will help you with:
• Getting to know our business
• Training for a PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) Licence
• Getting to know our buses and the routes of our services
• Ticket systems and ticket type training
• Safety training so you can keep you, your passengers, and your colleagues safe
You’ll also have a buddy driver who’ll continue to support you and mentoring from other colleagues to make sure we’re setting you up for success.
