We do safety our way
Which is that we make it our number one priority. It means everything to us – safety for our customers, safety for our people, safety for our communities. We all deserve to feel comfortable and safe wherever we are, helping build trust and confidence in everything we do.
Our safety processes and procedures are all fully documented as you’d expect – and we use these as foundations for the safety measures you’d expect in engineering, maintenance, driving, operations, planning and service delivery. It’s built in to our offices and depots, and as we roll out our electric fleet, it’s safer for our customers and communities too.
And we do have an Our Way. It sets out the principles of a safe working and travelling environment. It’s built on these four areas:
