Experienced Coach Driver – Slough RA2/3

£17.81 per hour

Join First Bus as a qualified Coach Driver on our premium RailAir 2/3 service, connecting Slough with Heathrow Airport. This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for something different from traditional local bus driving. You’ll operate modern coaches on a structured route, providing a comfortable and reliable service for passengers travelling to and from the airport.

We’re looking for experienced Drivers who take pride in their driving and enjoy delivering a professional, friendly service every day.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll earn £17.81 per hour on a permanent 39-hour contract, with structured shifts planned in advance and the opportunity to drive modern, well-maintained coaches on our professional airport express service. The role offers a good mix of shifts across the week, giving you flexibility outside the traditional 9–5 working pattern. You’ll also benefit from quieter roads during off-peak periods, with opportunities for overtime to increase your earnings. You’ll be part of a supportive local team, helping provide a reliable and trusted connection between Slough and Heathrow Airport.

The Role

You’ll transport passengers safely between Slough and Heathrow Airport, providing a comfortable, reliable and professional service throughout every journey. As a key airport connection service, customer service and professionalism are important. You’ll be responsible for ensuring passengers have a positive experience from the moment they board, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and driving. The role operates on a rota basis, with shifts covering early mornings, evenings and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid PCV licence
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
