A vacancy has arisen for a Driver Training Supervisor to be based at Fulwell Garage. You will provide feedback to drivers, assess driving standards and through training, mentoring and regular dialogue with Garage management ensure all new drivers achieve the required company driving standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Assess driver standards and provide feedback, including post‑training reviews
• Support driver induction, corrective training, and ongoing development
• Collaborate with the Traffic Manager on performance, incidents, and trends
• Deliver route, vehicle, and risk assessment training, plus refresher sessions
• Promote Health & Safety on site and on the road
• Monitor GreenRoad data to maintain standards and update trend communications

Experience & Qualifications

• Hold and maintain a valid PCV licence
• Excellent attendance and performance record
• Encourages and support others and develops effective working relationships
• Committed to deliver to a high standard
• Committed to improve driving standards within the company

Desirable 

• Institute of Advanced Motorists Assessor Qualification
• Previous training presentations
• Qualified driving instructor
