Coach Driver – Taunton

£15.50 per hour

First Bus, working in partnership with FlixBus, is expanding its long-distance coach operation, and we're looking for experienced PCV Coach Drivers to join our team in Taunton. If you enjoy being behind the wheel, travelling across the UK and delivering a great experience for passengers, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. You'll be driving modern coaches on longer-distance journeys, offering a change from traditional local bus services and the chance to experience a variety of routes and destinations.

What does the job involve?
As part of our Taunton coach driving team, you'll be responsible for operating long-distance services safely and professionally.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Driving scheduled coach services across the UK.
• Ensuring passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable and reliable journey.
• Providing a friendly and professional customer experience.

What will you need?
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need:

• A valid PCV licence.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• The legal right to work in the UK.
• To be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Previous coach driving experience is important, along with the confidence to deliver a professional service.
