Experienced Bus Driver – Port Talbot

£14.50 per hour

We’re looking for qualified PCV drivers to join our local Port Talbot team, offering a stable career with a supportive depot and the opportunity to work across South Wales. 

What’s in it for you?

You’ll earn £14.50 per hour, with opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime where available. This is a full-time, permanent role with guaranteed contracted hours and rotas planned in advance, giving you greater certainty around your working week. You’ll work a rotating pattern across mornings, evenings and weekends, with your shifts scheduled in advance to give you a good balance of flexibility and predictability.

The Role

As a Bus Driver, you’ll be out on local routes across Port Talbot and the surrounding areas, helping passengers get to work, school, appointments and wherever else they need to go. You’ll be responsible for keeping your passengers safe, staying on schedule and providing a friendly, professional service along the way.

You’ll be part of the local First Bus team, working across a range of routes and getting to know the areas and communities you’re driving in, where your experience, reliability and approach with customers really matter.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid PCV licence
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
