About the role

• The main role of this position is maintaining our fleet of vehicles at Ravenhill  to the highest standard, carrying out fault diagnosis, vehicle safety inspections, breakdowns and preventive maintenance. 
• The successful applicant will be trained how to use the depot forklift. 
• To fully comply with all HS&E legislation along with Group Policies
• To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain and develop technical skills as required

We'll provide your overalls and all the tools and equipment needed.

Location: Ravenhill

Hourly Rate: £18.21 + £3,000 Joining Bonus! Rest day overtime rate of £24.64

Working Shift Patterns: 39 hours per week. 06:00-14:30 week 1, 14:00-22:30 week 2. 6-week Roster,4/6 weeks  Monday-Friday, 2/6 weeks of Tuesday-Saturday.

About you

• A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds Level 1&2)
• Ability to multi-skill within an Engineering Environment
• A flexible approach to working hours
• An aptitude to develop others within the Engineering Team
• The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors
• A PCV licence is desirable, ability to obtain PCV licence is essential
