About the Role - Vehicle Inspector
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in vehicle maintenance and make a meaningful impact in our community? Then this Vehicle Inspector role at our Adderley Green depot could be the job for you!
For helping keep our fleet on the road, you'll earn a good hourly payrate and great rewards & benefits (see below), we'll also provide overalls and the basic tools and equipment needed for you to be successful in your role.
As a Vehicle Inspector you play a key role within the team ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of examination standards in accordance with Central Engineering SOPs.
Key responsibilities;
- Provie detailed inspection reports and advice on necessary vehicle repairs
- Perform thorough inspections within company processes

Carry out maintenance and safety audits
- To fully comply with all HSE legislation along with Group Policies
- To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain and develop technical skills as required and provide guidance to other team members
Location: Adderley Green Depot, Dividy Road, Stoke on Trent, ST3 5YY
Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday-Friday

About you
- Do you have a minimum level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance?
- Are you aware of DVSA standards, for both the categorisation or defects and annual test?
- Are you fully conversant with the safe operations of workshop equipment?
- Do you hold a full UK driving license? A PCV licence is advantageous, but not compulsory; we will help you obtain this
