We have a fantastic opportunity for a Ticket Agent to join our team based in Glasgow Airport. This is a part time role working a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

You will be responsible for the promotion and sales of tickets on the Airport Service to customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Selling the benefits of the Airport Service to prospective customers
  • Generating sales of tickets for the Airport service
  • Ensuring cash and card sales are accounted for with no shortages
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Other duties commensurate with the role as deemed appropriate by your line manager

 Skills,/Experience

  • Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of what makes good customer service
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate 
  • Numerate
  • Customer focussed
