Job Title - Service Coordinator

Location – Dublin

Salary – €25.61 per hour 

Contract – Permanent, Full Time, 40hrs per week, 0600 – 1800.

About the role

As a Service Coordinator, you'll sit at the centre of daily operations, ensuring our services run safely, reliably and always with the customer front of mind. This is a fast-moving, real-time operational leadership role where calm judgement, clear communication and decisive action make a tangible difference to performance and customer experience.

  • Oversee Aircoach and contracted operations in real time, proactively monitoring performance and intervening where required
  • Collaborate with Engineering to allocate fleet effectively during business-as-usual and disruption
  • Lead and support Driver teams, reinforcing safety, reliability and customer focus
  • Manage driver duties, spare cover, EWT and operated mileage to maintain service standards
  • Support incident management, liaising with senior leaders and emergency services, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up
  • Comfortable working in a live operational environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Provide clear, timely updates to customer service teams and key stakeholders

About you

You're someone who takes pride in doing things properly and staying calm when it matters most. You enjoy being part of a busy, customer-focused environment where teamwork, organisation and sound judgement keep everything moving smoothly. You're proactive, thoughtful in your approach, and comfortable taking ownership of your work while knowing when to collaborate and ask the right questions.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused environment
  • Ideally exposure to Transport operations (Bus, Plane, Ferry, Taxi or Trucking)
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a natural ability to analyse information
  • Able to make balanced, time-sensitive decisions to protect service levels
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
  • Proactive, organised and able to work independently
  • Confident using multiple systems, following processes and adhering to policy (including GDPR)
