What You'll Do

As our Power Platform Developer, you'll:

• Design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade apps and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Replace manual, paper-based workflows with scalable digital services powered by Microsoft Dataverse, Azure SQL, and SharePoint Online.
• Integrate data from multiple systems via APIs, Logic Apps, and custom connectors to create unified digital solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, HR, Finance, and Engineering to reimagine and digitise critical business processes.
• Embed data governance, automation best practices, and version-controlled deployment within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with our Data Engineering and Analytics teams to deliver real-time insights through Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Qlik.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of low-code architecture, ALM, and secure cloud integrations.
• Hands-on experience connecting Dataverse, Azure SQL, or SharePoint Online to build business-ready apps.
• A track record of automating workflows and improving efficiency through digital transformation.

Desirable:

• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with AI and Copilot integration, RPA, or workflow orchestration tools (e.g., n8n).
• Exposure to operations, logistics, or transport
• Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps/GitHub version control.
