Join us on our digital transformation journey as we build a brand-new Digital Team within our IT department. As a Junior Data Engineer, you'll play a key role in modernising business processes, automating workflows, and shaping the data-driven future of our organisation.

What You'll Do:

You'll help design and deliver the data foundations that power our digital strategy — from building secure cloud pipelines to experimenting with AI and machine learning.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining secure data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across systems, APIs, and IoT devices.
• Developing and supporting data warehouses, data lakes, and catalogues using tools like Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Azure.
• Automating workflows with RPA and n8n, and supporting real-time analytics using MQTT and streaming data.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams — from Finance to Operations — to turn data into actionable insights.
• Supporting the development of Qlik BI dashboards, AI-driven automations, and predictive analytics proof-of-concepts.

You'll Get To Work With:

• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake
• Tools: dbt, Airbyte, Qlik, RPA, n8n, MQTT
• AI & ML technologies: Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, SageMaker, RAG frameworks

Essential Skills:

• Genuine interest in data engineering, analytics, and cloud tech
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Skills:

• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Understanding of data governance or visualisation tools
