Job Title - Finance Administrator 

Location - Aberdeen

Contract Type - Full-Time, 12 month FTC

Accountabilities 

  • Raises requisitions/GRNs for Group & Bus Divisions.
  • Resolves invoice queries by liaising with AP, R2P, Procurement, suppliers, internal and external customers.
  • Continuously looks to improve Invoice Automation rates.
  • Continual review and update of internal processes and procedures.
  • Comply with the best practice for the team within Financial Operations.
  • Participate in day-to-day operation of the team as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Responsible for the effective delivery of service to internal and external customers.
  • Comply with Service Level Agreements, Task Level Descriptions (TLD's) and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Comply with the appropriate control and audit mechanisms in line with the Company policy.
  • Liaison with internal customers, group finance, internal and external auditors and others as required.
  • Deliver a strong customer focus and quality service as part of the team.

About you 

  • Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable Role 
  • Experience of working with financial systems 
  • Computer literate (keyboard skills, and experience of working with PC/ email)
  • Experience in the use and application of Microsoft Excel software
