Experienced Coach Driver – Bristol, Lawrence Hill

£35,000+ per year + £3,000 Joining Bonus
(£17.00 per hour Monday–Saturday, £18.50 per hour Sunday)

Our FlixBus operation offers a more professional driving environment with open-road coach work, varied UK-wide routes, and structured shifts planned in advance. We’re looking for experienced PCV drivers who take pride in delivering safe, reliable, and comfortable journeys every day.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll earn over £35,000 per year based on contracted hours, alongside a £3,000 joining bonus and permanent 38-hour contract. The role offers modern, comfortable coaches, structured shifts across the week, and the opportunity to enjoy more open-road driving away from traditional urban route work. With a mix of shifts across Monday to Sunday, the role also provides flexibility outside of the standard 9–5 routine, quieter roads during off-peak hours, and opportunities to increase earnings through overtime. You’ll become part of a supportive local team within a growing national coach network.

The Role

As a Coach Driver, you’ll safely deliver reliable and comfortable long-distance journeys for customers travelling across the UK. You’ll operate modern coaches on a variety of UK-wide routes while providing a professional and friendly customer experience throughout every journey. This role offers a more varied and enjoyable style of driving, with a mix of motorway, city, and open-road routes. Shifts operate across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with schedules planned in advance.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid PCV licence
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
