We're looking for a proactive and dynamic Schedules Data & Planning Assistant to join our Schedules and Planning team. This exciting role ensures the accuracy, quality and maintenance of data across scheduling systems as well as support with ongoing projects within the department by assisting with data preparation, maintenance and exports to both internal and external systems.

What you'll be doing

• Providing operational and administrative support to the Schedules Data and Project Manager
• Maintaining and updating bus blinds data to ensure accuracy across all routes
• Reviewing bus blinds data against route changes, service updates and documentation
• Assist with data cleaning, validation and routine maintenance of Hastus datasets
• Perform basic troubleshooting ensuring to escalate system issues
• Maintain high data accuracy by updating service and route data from mileage grids
• Assist with data exports and systems integration by updating the service control platforms with relevant data
• Prepare and validate data exports to external systems ensuring to assist with uploads and troubleshooting errors 
• Proving general support to the schedules Data & Project manager and scheduling team

What we're looking for

• Experience within the bus industry (desirable)
• Ability to understand complex and data driven systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and accuracy
• Have strong organisation,  presentation and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems in a practical and pragmatic manner
• Proactive, dynamic and well-organised
• Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
