First South, part of First Bus is looking for a Performance Supervisor to help drive on-time performance, reliability, and operational excellence across our network.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage service performance in real-time
• Analyse data to drive continuous improvement
• Develop alternative disruption plans for planned/unplanned events
• Support drivers with live updates and problem-solving
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports
• Foster strong working relationships across teams

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer services experience
• Passion for providing a reliable and quality service
• A PCV licence (mandatory or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in transport, operations, or a similar role
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
