Experienced Coach Driver
Location: Belfast
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Starting at £15.53 p/h, rising to £17.08 p/h after 6 months
Hours: 39 per week, across 4 days p/w (including mornings, evenings, overnight, and weekends – fixed rosters)

About the Role

We're looking for Experienced Coach Drivers to join our Belfast-based team. This isn't just a driving job, it's a chance to make a real difference in people's lives. You'll be a vital part of their journeys, whether they're heading off on holiday or commuting for work. Operating between Belfast City and Dublin Airport and back, you'll enjoy the freedom of the open road while being part of a supportive and friendly team. Every day is different, and you'll meet a wide variety of people.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking safe, courteous, and customer-focused drivers who can represent Aircoach to the highest standard.

Essential Requirements:

• Full, clean ROI or EU PCV (D) licence
• Valid ROI or EU CPC card
• Valid ROI tachograph card
• Fluent English (C2 level preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnight, and weekends
• Minimum age 18 (12+ months driving experience preferred)
