As a Banking Services Team Member, you will support the Banking Services Team Lead during a period of continued growth and change, playing a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing across the business.

About the role
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy while building strong, effective working relationships with colleagues across the division. Your contribution will be critical in meeting payment performance standards and driving best practice across all Operating Companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Input daily bank statements and accurately post revenue, payroll, and other financial transactions.
- Match transactions and maintain accurate and timely bank reconciliations.
- Process payments and bank transfers in line with agreed procedures.
- Complete monthly bank and other balance sheet reconciliations to agreed deadlines.
- Support team objectives through effective collaboration and communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures.
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar finance or banking-related role is desirable.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to learn quickly in a changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to accurately report on data and identify required actions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is desirable.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
