Location: Glasgow Airport 

Contract: Fixed-term until October 2026 

Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week) - Friday, Saturday & Sundays 

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and motivated Ticket Agent to promote and sell tickets for our Airport Service. This is a customer-facing role that suits someone who takes initiative, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a sales-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities 

As a Ticket Agent, you will:

• Proactively promote the benefits of the Airport Service to prospective customers

• Generate ticket sales and identify opportunities to maximise revenue

• Accurately process cash and card payments, ensuring no shortages

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

About You

• The ideal candidate will have:

• An outgoing, confident personality with the ability to engage customers

• Previous experience in a customer service role and/or sales role 

• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A strong understanding of what good customer service looks like

• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
