About the Role
We are looking for a Ticket Fulfilment Administrator to join our busy Finance Operations Team in Aberdeen on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is responsible for managing ticket allocation, invoicing, and distribution while providing essential support to internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all ticket fulfilment activities for internal and external customers.
- Provide customer support for ticket requests and related queries.
- Monitor and manage ticket stock levels, ensuring compliance checks are carried out regularly.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the ticket fulfilment team.

About You
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous administrative experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a customer service or ticketing-related environment.
