About the Role

As a seasonal Bus Driver, you'll be a vital part of our community from April until October, providing essential transportation services during our peak season. Your responsibilities will include safely transporting passengers to work, school, and key events, or attending special occasions.  This position is crucial during busy times, and your reliable service will help ensure that our customers can easily access what they need.  By facilitating smooth and secure journeys, you'll play an important role in enhancing the daily lives of our community members and helping them stay connected during this vibrant season.

Join us as a qualified driver and earn £13.20 per hour.

These are permanent, part time positions, working 39 hours per week through our peak season April to October across a variety of shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Operation: Drive buses along designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Safety Monitoring: Maintain passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
• Communication: Provide timely updates about any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues, and document all relevant occurrences.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Experienced Drivers: A valid PCV license and up-to-date CPC certification.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with passengers and team members.
• Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to delivering high-quality service and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Safety-Conscious: A proactive approach to safety and a track record of responsible driving.
