We are looking for a Core HR & Self-Service Subject Matter Expert (SME) to contribute to the success of our People Services Transformation. If you are passionate about optimising HR systems and enhancing user experiences, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will bring expertise in Core HR processes and self-service functionalities. Responsibilities include providing expert guidance on Core HR processes, collaborating with project teams to refine system functionality, bridging communication gaps between technical teams and end-users, analysing user feedback for continuous improvement, and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Your expertise in HR system implementations, analytical prowess, and effective communication skills will be pivotal in ensuring the success of People Services Transformation.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of Core HR processes and self-service functionalities.
  • Showcase proficiency in HR system implementations, highlighting your ability to navigate complex HR landscapes.
  • Proven experience in configuring and optimising HR systems to maximise efficiency and functionality.
  • Hands-on expertise in tailoring HR processes to align with organisational needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to assess and address complex HR challenges.
  • Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering clear understanding.
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users through articulate and accessible communication.
  • Showcase a track record of successful change management within HR system implementations.
  • Proven ability to navigate organisational transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.

  • Actively contribute insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users, ensuring seamless and effective communication.
  • Facilitate understanding by translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.
  • Analyse user feedback systematically to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to elevate the self-service capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Core HR processes and self-service functionalities.
  • Propose and implement initiatives to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials to educate end-users on system capabilities.
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to empower users.

This role demands a profound understanding of Core HR processes and self-service functionalities, coupled with hands-on experience in configuring and optimising HR systems. Successful candidates will showcase expertise in HR system implementations, and familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc., will be highly valued.
