We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst with specialised expertise in shared services to join our People Services Transformation team. In this role, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders, contributing to the analysis and documentation of shared services requirements within the HRIS and Payroll domains. You will be responsible for capturing and documenting shared services requirements while analysing existing business processes for improvement opportunities. Working closely with the project team, you'll ensure the effective translation of requirements into impactful solutions, offering continuous support for implementation. Your proactive approach extends to seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning shared services with project goals and identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated track record as a Business Analyst with a specific focus on shared services, showcasing hands-on experience in successful HR system implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective interaction with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Experience working on HRIS or Payroll implementations is desirable, showcasing familiarity with the intricacies of HR technology.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to ensure data quality for shared services processes.
  • Proven experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for shared services.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement within the shared services framework.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that gathered requirements are effectively translated into viable and impactful solutions.
  • Provide continuous support to ensure the successful implementation of shared services, addressing any emerging challenges or requirements.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure that shared services align with the overall goals and objectives of the transformation project.
  • Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement within shared services, contributing to the overall enhancement of operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of clear and comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and training materials.
  • Provide expertise in change management initiatives, assisting in the seamless adoption of shared services across the organisation.

This role highly values practical experience in HR system implementations, and candidates with expertise in HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc., will be highly regarded.
