About the role

First Bus is currently undergoing a significant People Services Transformation, focusing on integrating HRIS & Payroll systems and streamlining processes. The Integration SME will play a crucial role in providing expertise in system integration, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across various components of the transformation project.

You will:

• Serve as the subject matter expert in system integration within the People Services Transformation project.
• Collaborate with project teams to define and document integration requirements and expectations.
• Develop and implement integration processes and methodologies.
• Ensure the alignment of data flow with project goals and business objectives.
• Provide guidance on data mapping, data transformation, and integration testing.
• Monitor and report on integration performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate various systems and components effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding of integration principles among project teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address integration-related concerns and ensure data accuracy.

About you

As the Integration SME, you will be responsible for bringing in-depth knowledge of system integration principles, methodologies, and best practices. Your role is essential in optimizing data flow, ensuring alignment with project goals, and enhancing overall system interoperability.

• Demonstrable experience as an integration subject matter expert  is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of system integration principles, methodologies, and best practices is essential.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing integration processes within large organisations is essential.
• Familiarity with HRIS & Payroll systems and their integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to data flow and system interoperability is essential.
