I am the Senior Talent Partner for First Bus Engineering. My focus is to bring in talented and skilled mechanics and engineers into our depots.

I love my role as it gives me opportunity to speak with a variety of individuals across the country each day, and gives me the chance to learn about the roles and people in our business in great depth. Every day is different and every day presents us with a new challenge.
