Great question! I chose to work for First Bus as the role had a lot of similarities to my previous roles so I believed I could do a great job. During the recruitment process I met some fantastic people who were kind, thoughtful and engaging and really believed in the business. When the job offer came I didn't think twice. I've now been in the job 3 months and my work is challenging but really satisfying and I can't wait to see what 2026 has to offer.
