Hi Maitai, thank you for your question. You don’t need any prior bus driving experience to join us. The only requirement is that you’ve held a full UK driving licence for at least 6 months. You’re welcome to apply for any open Trainee Driver vacancies listed on our careers page. If successful, you’ll begin with our Training School, where you’ll receive comprehensive theory and practical training to help you gain your Bus Driving Licence.
