I have been driving in the UAE since 2013. I recently came to UK and have received my UK licence in exchange for my UAE licence. Do I have to wait 6 months before I can apply for a position?

Change from UAE licence to UK licence does not require any further test as UAE driving licence is considered equally demanding as UK licence

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and your interest in First Bus.
You are required to have been a resident in the UK for 180 days to be able to apply for any roles. If you are applying for a Bus Driver role you must have a Full UK driving licence and held this for at least 6 months.

Many thanks
Have a question of your own?
If I am in college for 17 - 20 hours a week, Can I still be a trainee bus driver with shifts that work around my timetable?
