Hi Paul,
Yes we do.
The First Bus Share Save Scheme is designed for employees to save on their salary and invest in shares of FirstGroup plc. Employees can contribute a fixed amount of between £5 and £150 each month, which is deducted from their pre-tax pay. For every three Partnership Shares bought, two Matching Shares are awarded, providing a tax-efficient way to buy shares. The scheme is flexible, allowing employees to stop or change their contributions at any time. It is important to note that if shares are sold or transferred within three years, the corresponding shares may be forfeited.
Many thanks
Mike
