    Thanks for asking. Unfortunately, we’re not able to alter or switch regular shifts to fit around weekly childcare arrangements. The rotas are pre-set and everyone is allocated into an existing pattern, so making individual adjustments would impact the wider team.

    That said, if you have one-off appointments in the future — for example, children’s medical or dentist appointments — we’ll always do our best to support you by looking at options like swapping days off where possible.

    Shifts can definitely be discussed more in depth at interview
