We’re on a journey where everyone can be their true selves, succeed, and thrive. We value and celebrate the differences of our colleagues. We’re building a culture where inclusion, respect, and open conversation are part of how we work every day.
We have a range of inclusion networks that give colleagues a space to share ideas, raise issues, and help shape developments across the business. Our managers have training on how to support diverse teams and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected.
We also mark key moments across the diversity calendar with education and awareness activities that celebrate the different backgrounds, identities, and experiences of our colleagues. Overall, we aim to create a workplace where everyone feels supported and has a sense of belonging.

If I am in college for 17 - 20 hours a week, Can I still be a trainee bus driver with shifts that work around my timetable?
