In my role I have a great work life balance. I always feel I can bring my best self to work but I also feel I can take the necessary breaks when I need too. I work hard in the hours I work, and so I never feel guilty for popping out to that Dr's appointment, or Vet visit or just a good hours walk at lunchtime.
