What advice would you give somebody who hasn't had luck with job interviews? And also if I get diagnosed with a disability and I'm successful with the application, who do I tell?

I'm not confident with any job roles, as I've been lacking confidence. What sort of advice would you give people as they go through the application process? I also have to wait 8 weeks for a disability diagnosis, if I'm sucessful with the application, who do I contact regarding the disability?

Hello, thanks for your question!
Firstly, try not to be discouraged by previous interview outcomes. Every interview is a learning opportunity, and confidence often grows with practice. My advice would be to focus on your transferable skills and experience, prepare examples that demonstrate your strengths, and remember that employers are looking for potential as well as experience. If your confidence is low, taking time to prepare and practise common interview questions can help you feel more comfortable and perform at your best. Always research the company you are applying to so you have a good understanding of the values and the job requirements.

I have Type 1 diabetes treated with insulin, which is very well controlled (approximately 90% time in range), with full hypo awareness and no history of severe hypoglycaemia. Would this condition prevent me from being considered for a driver role?
