GMGillian M. Senior Ta Partner
We’re committed to creating an environment where all colleagues can come to work, be their true selves, and thrive. We have an LGBTQIA+ inclusion network that provides a space for colleagues to share ideas and give feedback, helping shape initiatives and developments across the business. Our managers have training on how to support LGBTQIA+ colleagues and create an inclusive environment.
We also go big on Pride Month - taking part in Pride parades, running education and awareness initiatives, and celebrating our LGBTQIA+ colleagues across the business. We’ve even run video campaigns where colleagues share their lived experiences, which helps everyone understand different perspectives. Overall, we encourage open conversations and allyship so LGBTQIA+ colleagues feel supported and respected.

I am currently doing my PVC training and have my test on the 19th May. Once I pass (hopefully) I am after doing either part time driving or ad-hoc bus driving work. Is this something you offer?
