Is it perfect? No. I don't think anywhere is perfect. I think the culture of a business is ever evolving. But we are progressive and dynamic in a space that is constantly moving and developing; but we remain, as always, a people 'First Bus'iness. We are working hard to make sure our staff have the tools they need to succeed and an environment where they feel included and can bring their authentic self into the workplace.
