We really value input from all team members, no matter their experience level. For our junior employees, we encourage sharing ideas through regular team meetings, one-on-one check-ins with managers, and open-door communication. We also make sure their suggestions are acknowledged and, wherever possible, acted on, so they can see their ideas making a real impact. It’s all about creating a supportive environment where everyone feels confident to contribute.
Have a question of your own?
If I am in college for 17 - 20 hours a week, Can I still be a trainee bus driver with shifts that work around my timetable?
