I have two small children at primary school, and I share custody of them with my ex partner. I can be flexible with shift patterns, but need to be sure that I can work shifts around my parental duties. For example, I cold work every other weekend. So my question is - what does a typical shift pattern look like, and how flexible can they be based on employer availability? Many thanks
