GMGillian M. Senior Ta Partner
Speaking from my own experience as a Senior TA Partner, I predominantly work from home, with the flexibility to travel into the business when it’s needed. I’ve found First Bus to be supportive of flexible and hybrid working for professional roles like mine, provided the needs of the role and the team are met.
As with most organisations, flexibility can vary depending on the role and operational requirements, but there’s definitely an openness to having conversations and finding what works for both the individual and the business.
