I am a serving Police officer rapidly approaching retirement. About 3 years. I am looking at viable options for local work with a degree of flexibility and possibly the option to train/work in the lead up to finishing my current employment.

    1. I am currently in the Basildon area, so my preference would be there.

    2. Role wise. Probably open to ideas. However, I was thinking driving. TBH after nearly 30 years in my current role, my aspiration is minimal stress and a degree of flexibility.
