There’s actually loads of room to move up at First Bus. Once you’ve got a bit of experience, you can go for things like Lead Driver if your interested in the driving side. However we’ve also got people who’ve gone on to work in training, recruitment, engineering, and even head office roles.

There’s loads of support and training along the way to help you build your skills and figure out what direction you want to go in.
