    Thanks for your question! You can apply to receive your First Bus Bus pass straight after joining, you can apply for this via the employee portal and searching for Bus Pass. Once you fill in the form and upload your photograph it will be sent directly to your home address. With regards to your rail tickets these can be obtained by logging into the Rewards Portal (my first exclusives) if its your first time logging in you will need your payroll number and then you can set up an account. The site will tell you what tickets you are able to purchase for what train lines.
